Continuation of the Paintbrush tutorial (Background removal)

If you are interested the first part (coloring your digi) is at Lasting Memories.
This is removing the background. There is probably faster ways to do this, if you want to pay for it. I think there is a way to do it in WORD but I can't figure it out so if anybody knows DO TELL! So here goes!

I have never removed a background from a pic  but it is the same way except you can't use autofil, you have to go pixel by pixel and turn your stroke up for large areas.
